    Made in collaboration with Motor City Gas Distillery, Belly Up Bourbon Barrel Aged Ember is an exercise in patience.

    We aged our Ember Smoked Chipotle hot sauce in a Belly Up Bourbon barrel for 5 months before bottling. The aging process enhanced the flavor beyond our expectations, bringing out additional sweet notes and adding a distinct aromatic layer from the bourbon.
